In Sim card, Mandatory fields like operator, sim type, network type

The system allows saving/submitting the form even when mandatory fields are left blank. Validation messages are either not displayed or not preventing the save action. As a result, incomplete data is being stored in the database.

Expected result: The system should display validation messages for all mandatory fields.

The form should not be saved until all required fields are filled.

Actual result: No validation error is shown (or validation is bypassed).

The record is successfully saved with blank mandatory fields.
