Dear Team,
In the FMS App, while selecting Job Start, the system displays an error stating that the agent work is already in process (as shown in the attached image – App Error 1).
However, the selected work order is still shown as available (refer to the attached image – App Error 0).
For reference, we have also attached the Work Order web screenshot used in this case.
We are able to recreate the issue by creating multiple work orders. Even after moving all work orders to different field agents to start fresh, the same issue persists.
We have repeated this process multiple times, and the issue continues to occur.
