Bug Title: Remove Paper Roll Delivery task type from drop-down list(On FMS web)

Steps to reproduce: 1. Login on FMS URL
2. Click on task list menu
3. Click on add task button
4. Observe the task type drop-down list
Expected result: As per the scope of HPCL project Paper roll Task type Should not Displayed on drop-down list and task creation is also not done

Actual result: Paper roll task type is dispalyed on list
