The Created Date field displays an incorrect time after a record is created. The time shown does not match the actual time at which the record was created.

Expected value : "Created Time should reflect the actual system/server time at which the record was created

Time should be consistent with the configured time zone"

Actual value : "Created Date shows an incorrect time

Time does not match the actual creation time"
