Bug title: Device and sim Inventory Created on HPCLUAT WEB Not reflected on FMS UAT WEB

STeps: 1. Create device and sim inventory on Hpcl uat
2. Observe the inventory of sim and devices on fms uat web
Expected result: device and sim inventroy should be displayed correctly on FMS UAT Web

Actual result: device and sim inventory not displayed
