Description

Trace heartbeat time flow with heartbeat matrix on portal
configured my device heartbeat at 5 min.
Approx 1-hour ideal state device not sending the heartbeat.
It will restart when device got reboot again

Expected - Heartbeat should be continued even after ideal state

According to latest release of sound app validation facing this issue in random working state as well hence re-opened the ticket and sharing the logs for reference
