Bug Title: Not able to get task assign of which feild engg after creating the Work order

Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a device Installation Request from( HPCL web)
2. Create a Work order of that installation request from FMS web under task list menu by clicking ... and choose create work order
3. After that choose ... and go for view request
4. observe the tracking of the task
Expected result: Enggineer name should refelect instantly after assign the work order
Actual result : Assign enng name is missing and unnecessary Time rows are displaying on sell all Updates Pop up
