Hi Vaishali,
I have fixed the issue from our side.
The problem was that the ModifiedBy ID coming from FMS was not matching with the numeric user ID in the aspnet_Users table.
In such cases, instead of trying to resolve the name from aspnet_Users, we now return FMS user as the ModifiedBy name.
This change has been implemented at the procedure level.
Updated procedure name: uspUnbindMerchantDevice
Kindly please check from your end and confirm if everything looks fine now?
