Description
Module: TMS
In Sim card
The Operator field is marked as mandatory, however if it is not selected and the user clicks on Create, the system does not display any error popup and allows the record to be saved.
Expected Result: "System should display an error popup/message indicating that Operator is mandatory
Record should not be saved until the field is selected"
Actual Result: "No error popup is displayed
Record is saved even though the mandatory field is not selected"
