In Sim card - Bulk upload

The template file downloaded from the application is not opening. After downloading, the file either opens as blank, shows an error, or cannot be opened using standard applications.

Expected Result: "Template file should download in a supported and readable format

File should open successfully using the appropriate application (Excel / CSV / etc.)"

Actual Result: Downloaded template file does not open
