In Device status

In the Installed Devices section, the Heartbeat Details are displayed as blank, even though the device is installed and actively communicating with the system.

Expected Result: "Heartbeat Details (last heartbeat time/status) should be populated correctly

System should reflect the actual device communication status"

Actual Result: "Heartbeat Details field is blank

No heartbeat information is displayed"
